The 212,211-sf Park Central is located at 2970 Clairmont Road NE. Space rents in the building for $18.50 to $19.50 per sf. With the Digital Tigers lease, the building is 90% occupied, Abney tells GlobeSt.com.
"Digital Tigers chose Park Central because it's an extremely well-located building with direct access to Interstate 85," Abney says. "Also, they were able to get high-profile signage on the outside of the building."
