ORLANDO-Broder Brothers has signed a 12-year, 340,000-sf lease for space in the Liberty Park at Airport International Park of Orlando. It is expected to be completed by September.
The industrial team of GVA Advantis senior directors William Bradford and Tom McFadden negotiated the transaction valued at more than $16.8 million on behalf of the tenant.
Broder Brothers is a wholesale distributor of imprintable sportswear. The company currently operates 16 distribution centers throughout the United States. The new location is an expansion of its current Orlando distribution center, which has been in operation since 1991.
Liberty Park at AIPO is a 1,350-acre, 4.7-million-sf industrial and business park adjacent to the Orlando International Airport under development by Malvern, PA-based Liberty Property Trust. It is one of the largest industrial/business parks in Central Florida and include tenants such as Chrysler, Budweiser, Ashley Furniture and Tire Kingdom.
