MAHWAH, NJ-The three industrial buildings at 63-65-67 Ramapo Valley Rd. have been sold for $20 million, which factors out to an even $50 per sf of building space. Located within the larger Mahwah Business Park, the three buildings total some 400,000 sf. Further terms were not released.

The Woodbridge-based Kislak Co., known primarily as a broker of multifamily and retail investment sales, arranged the deal for both sides. The firm's president and co-managing director, Jeffrey Wiener, represented seller D&S Industrial Associates LLC, while firm vice president Matt Weilheimer, represented buyer Mahwah LLC. Both are local investor groups. "The transaction met both groups' specific needs," Wiener says.

The larger Mahwah Business Park, which totals in the vicinity of a million sf, is under multiple ownership. Less than a year ago, as reported by GlobeSt.com, the Montvale-based Ivy Realty boosted its holdings within the park to more than 500,000 sf, buying the 108,000-sf flex building at 211 Island Rd. for $6.6 million, or more than $61 per sf. The Sony-tenanted building was acquired from Chicago-based Bennett Brothers.
