Building owner RexCorp is the successor to Reckson AssociatesRealty Corp. The One Giralda Farms building is part of the suburbantri-state portfolio bought back by former members of Reckson'smanagement after that company's acquisition by SL Green RealtyCorp. The Uniondale, NY-based RexCorp has its New Jersey offices inShort Hills, and One Giralda Farms is part of a multi-buildingoffice campus totaling 500,000 sf.

Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge is a Boston-based firm withnine offices, including its existing location at another RexCorpproperty in Short Hills. The firm plans to move into its newlocation here in March.
