WINNIPEG-Artis REIT is in the midst of closing 10 industrial andoffice property acquisitions totaling $197.6 million. The locallyheadquartered public company formerly known as Westfield says itwill complete a series of acquisitions by the end of March, takingits portfolio to 3.9 million sf.
Of the 10 properties being acquired, there are five officeproperties totaling approximately 233,000 sf and four industrialproperties totaling approximately 420,000 sf. The other property isa small retail center.
