As part of the deal, McDermott, Will & Emery will occupy the former Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Cerisi space on the 37th floor, which is contiguous with its existing and recently renewed space on floors 38 and 39. Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Cerisi was represented by the Equis team of SVP Mark Berman and managing director Brad Gross, with the building ownership represented by Jeff Lasky.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but industry sources estimate the value of the lease at about $25 million, based on asking rates at the towers. The office complex, which was completed in 1975, is owned by institutional investors advised by JPMorgan Real Estate.
