He tells GlobeSt.com that the company'sexecutive team plans to ramp up an expansion to its production linein two months in the 3521 E. Avenue E building. Floyd, teaming withNAI associate Ryan Wood, says the firm's 109th Street location willstay intact.

Floyd says the firm had narrowed the short list to threebuildings, but the "size and pricing" swung the decision to the1.4-acre Avenue E asset, which was sold by a limited liabilitycompany with Dallas and California ties who bought it 15 monthsago. The 41-year-old building, dark at least two years, wasmarketed by Dallas-based Bradford Cos. vice presidents and managingpartners Michael Spain and Brian Pafford.
