20 California St. Sells for $17M

SAN FRANCISCO-The 58,383-sf class B office building in the Financial District is 82% leased. The new owner is locally based Huo & Fung Co. Inc.

Locally based Huo & Fung Co. Inc. acquired the property from San Francisco Properties LLC. Within one block of the property are Embarcadero Center, the Hyatt Regency San Francisco and Market Street.

Tony Crossley, Tim Maas and Frank Wheeler of Colliers International had the disposition assignment and procured the buyer. Colliers' Jim Sobel will have the leasing assignment for the new owner. Maas did not return a phone call seeking comment.
