BOSTON-One Beacon St., among the city’s most recognized office towers, has secured law firm Sugarman and Sugarman PC in a renewal and expansion of their space on the 13th floor. The company now leases more than 12,500 sf in the 34-story tower, which is located at the base of Beacon Hill in the city’s Financial District.

The Sugarman and Sugarman agreement was among three renewals/expansions just completed on behalf of tenant clients by Cresa Partners, a locally based firm specializing in corporate services activity. Cresa brokers Bob Shulman, Rick Lowe and James Topper negotiated terms for the tenant. Jay Driscoll, Jan Brady and Rebecca Galeota of Cushman & Wakefield served as agents for the landlord, Beacon Capital Partners.
