The Sugarman and Sugarman agreement was among threerenewals/expansions just completed on behalf of tenant clients byCresa Partners, a locally based firm specializing in corporateservices activity. Cresa brokers Bob Shulman, Rick Lowe and JamesTopper negotiated terms for the tenant. Jay Driscoll, Jan Brady andRebecca Galeota of Cushman & Wakefield served as agents for thelandlord, Beacon Capital Partners.

In another Financial District transaction involving Cresa, Loweand Topper assisted the nonprofit Commonwealth Care Alliance in alease expansion to 9,100 sf at 30 Winter St. The care-deliverycompany also retained Cresa to handle project management of thespace. C&W's Driscoll and Galeota joined colleague KristenHaggerty as brokers for 30 Winter St.'s landlord, a joint venturebetween Cresset Group and Great Point Investors.

In the third deal, Lowe and Topper brokered an expansion to8,500 sf by public relations company Solomon McCown & Co. at177 Milk St., which is owned by the Beal Cos. The landlord wasrepresented by Michael Tammaro.
