NORCROSS, GA-Millwork distribution company Woodgrain Distribution has signed a 150,000-sf, multi-year lease for space at the Majestic-Norcross Center at 2055 Nancy Hawks Dr. Woodgrain will occupy the entire building.

The industrial asset is located close to Interstates 85 and 285, and owned by City of Industry, CA-based Majestic Realty Co. Based in Montevallo, AL, Woodgrain serves customers throughout the county from nine facilities. The Norcross facility will serve customers in Georgia. Bill Brantley, of Brantley Real Estate Co., represented Woodgrain in the transaction. Majestic Realty Co. vice president Todd Carter represented the landlord.

"We are extremely excited about our newest warehouse in Norcross as it will allow us to better serve our valued customers in Georgia and expand our company's growth," says a Woodgrain Distribution spokesman.

The Majestic-Norcross Center is a 60-acre master-planned industrial park with 1.1 million sf of space. The property is served by Norfolk Southern rail service and offers 26-ft ceiling clearance, an ESFR sprinkler system and more than 120 parking spaces along with space for trailer storage.
