Architectural company Ted Moudis Associates has signed on to take the entire 10th and 11th floors for a total of 32,000 sf. Windup Entertainment, a record label, has leased 16,000 sf. The firm will take the entire seventh floor after relocating from 72 Madison Ave.
Asian-fusion restaurant Prana has taken 15,000 sf. With 9,000 sf on the ground floor, this location will mark the restaurant's entry into New York City. Morris Publications has expanded to take the entire eighth floor or 16,000 sf and Paul & Shark USA, a fashion company, has signed on for 7,000 sf on the 12th floor. The firm will relocate from 730 Fifth Ave.
GVA Williams' Robert Getreu, executive managing director, and Michael Berger, managing director, worked on the transactions. "Due to the beautiful art deco lobby, stable ownership and close proximity to transportation, 79 Madison has drawn a prominent tenant roster as illustrated by our recent transactions," Berger says.
