Architectural company Ted Moudis Associates has signed on totake the entire 10th and 11th floors for a total of 32,000 sf.Windup Entertainment, a record label, has leased 16,000 sf. Thefirm will take the entire seventh floor after relocating from 72Madison Ave.

Asian-fusion restaurant Prana has taken 15,000 sf. With 9,000 sfon the ground floor, this location will mark the restaurant's entryinto New York City. Morris Publications has expanded to take theentire eighth floor or 16,000 sf and Paul & Shark USA, afashion company, has signed on for 7,000 sf on the 12th floor. Thefirm will relocate from 730 Fifth Ave.
