The D&A group provides a range ofassistance to buyers and developers, including site acquisition,securing financial resources, master-planning and permitting.Currently, the group is helping a client with plans for a parcelmade available from the Big Dig and is assisting a Cambridgeresidential project, says Tsipis, who has worked on severalhigh-profile residential projects in the city, including theGrandView near Boston Common and conversion of the Longwood Towersin Brookline into condominiums. "There are a lot of excellentopportunities out there right now," says Tsipis, who has alsowritten a series of books on Massachusetts infrastructure,including the making of Route 128 and a review of the diversebridges in the metropolitan area.

D&A colleague Dante Angelucci was also promoted by M&G,he among four employees who have been named senior vice presidents.The others are research director Mary Kelly, Capital Marketsspecialist Thomas Welch and Patrick Paladino Jr., an expert inretail brokerage. Four staffers were tabbed as vice presidents,professionals representing a broad cross-section of the company.Wearing that title now are Tucker Hansen, a broker concentrating onCambridge, investment sales ace Nicholas Herz, marketing andresearch member Michelle Mugg and Seth Rosen, another member of theM&G Capital Markets team.
