PINE BROOK, NJ-Winebow Inc. has signed a lease for 196,966 sf ofindustrial space at 20 Hook Mountain Rd., within First IndustrialRealty Trust's Montville Business Center here. The tenant is animporter and distributor of wine, spirits and aperitifs, with aportfolio of 3,000 labels worldwide. The lease term is 10 years;further terms were not released.
