VNR held about 40,000 sf at 111 Livingston St. The new space will accommodate the 118-year-old company's growing employee base and its service expansion. The rental rate VNR is paying for the space was not released.

"Since VNR's humble beginnings almost 120 years ago, the need for first-class home care has steadily grown--and we have increased the number of professional healthcare providers and types of services offered every step of the way," says Maxine Hochhauser, president and CEO of VNR, in a statement. "This move reflects that expansion, and we expect that our new headquarters and facilities will only improve upon the already stellar level of care we have, and will continue to provide our patients."
