In his new position Orban will work with executive vice president Greg Katz, Studley's manager of the Florida region, on enhancing the firm's presence in Miami. Orban tells GlobeSt.com that he plans to concentrate on Downtown, Brickell and Coral Gables. "We have existing clients in every submarket in Miami but the clients I represent are generally located in class A properties in those areas," Orban says.

With demand exceeding supply, the office market is generally considered a landlord's market which poses challenges for tenant representation. To address those challenges, Studley conducts an indifference analysis that provides landlords with data about how a particular tenant may impact a property. "In these challenging market conditions, creativity is paramount," he says.

Orban has more than 22 years experience in the South Florida real estate market working exclusively with users of office space. Prior to joining Studley, he was senior vice president and lead advisor for transaction management services with Trammell Crow Co., which was acquired by CB Richard Ellis.

"His extensive experience in Dade County, specifically Miami, will enhance our already strong presence there," Katz says. "His energy, experience and relationships will provide a strong foundation to grow our business in the region."
