The project will be anchored by a 104,000-sf JC Penney, and commitments are in place for numerous other tenants including an electronics retailer, book store, office supply chain, grocery store, an arts and crafts retailer and fashion tenants. Tenants for outparcels will include restaurants, a coffee shop and bank.
The project is located within 45-minute drive to Tampa and has access to US Highway 19. A Wal-Mart Super Center is located directly north of the site and a Publix grocery-anchored shopping center is located directly across US Highway 19.
"Opus has extensive experience developing retail from grocery-anchored to power centers and lifestyle/mixed-use projects," says Opus South Corp. president Joe Rauenhorst. "We're enthusiastic to deliver this center to the people of the Nature Coast community, after working hand-in-hand with city officials to deliver a project that fulfills the needs of Spring Hill."
