In the largest deal so far this year, APS Healthcare expanded by 15,000 sf to a total of 30,000 sf at 1640 and 1680 Phoenix Blvd., which are 50,000-sf and 27,000-sf buildings respectively. The lease brings the occupancy level at 1680 Phoenix Blvd. to 100%. Locally based Ackerman & Co. senior vice president of leasing Frank Farrell represented the landlord in the transaction. Larry Bank and Patrick Duffy, of Newmark Knight Frank, represented the tenant.

Other recent deals include a 13,700-sf lease by ITT Technical Institute at the 87,400-sf Two Crown Center. With the lease, ITT occupies 100% of the building. Richard Bowers, of Richard Bowers & Co., represented the tenant and Farrell represented the landlord.

The Federal Aviation Administration leased 12,000 sf at 1903 Phoenix Blvd., a 44,200-sf office building. Jim Palermo and Craig Goldberg, of CB Richard Ellis, represented the FAA and Farrell represented the landlord.

In a deal which brings the building to 100% occupancy, DeltaCom Inc. signed a three-year lease for 3,700-sf at South Pointe, a 66,000-sf office building. Martin Brannon, of Mohr Partners, represented the tenant and Farrell represented the landlord.
