Its broader field of investment now encompasses shopping malls and residential real estate as well as a stronger push on the international scene, including Florida and Manhattan assets. These include the Marquis Miami, a 340-unit luxury condominium in Miami, and Rover Lofts W. Squared, two apartment towers in TriBeCa.
