Stroz Friedberg is currently located at 15 Maiden Ln., a facility the firm has outgrown, according to Cushman & Wakefield's Danielle Zimbaro, who represented the firm. It will relocate by August to the 27-story Rudin family-owned building.
The partial-fourth-floor lease extends for 10 years and six months, and the agreed upon rental rate was not disclosed. According to Rudin Management's website, the class B building is 97% leased at an asking rental rate of $44 per sf.

C&W's Zimbaro and Glenn Markman represented Stroz Friedberg; while Rudin was represented in house by Robert Steinman.
The services firm, which started in 2000, will join Bartle Bogle Hegarty, Clear Channel, RAI Corporation, T-Mobile, T-Systems, Qwest and MCI in the facility.
