A 30-year veteran, Tannenbaum will be responsible for managingexisting relationships and new opportunities as a managingdirector. While at C&W he was in charge of Olympia & York's19-million Downtown portfolio. He has also been the lead broker ona number of significant transactions, with a client roster thatincludes Merrill Lynch & Co., Goldman Sachs Group, Bank ofAmerica, AIG and AOL Time Warner. He has been the lead broker on atotal of 10 million sf of tenant rep assignments and 25 million sfof agency assignments.

Moxley, now an executive vice president, was previously a seniordirector at C&W. Prior to his stint there, he worked at JonesLang Wootton USA, compiling 25 years of industry experience.

Pennington who was named a senior vice president at JLL,previously worked for C&W, developing new opportunities andproviding existing clients with representation services. Beforethat he was a financial analyst with WF Realty.

JLL's hire of these three industry experts, especiallyTannenbaum who has extensive industry experience, comes at aninteresting time in the company's history. JLL has been steadilygrowing lately, having hired the Quinnteam from the former Trammell Crow Co. at the beginning ofApril. A new head of international business for the tri-stateregion also came on board in March.Additionally the company is currently on the hunt for a newlocation for MerrillLynch, which happens to be a former Tannenbaum client.
