A 30-year veteran, Tannenbaum will be responsible for managingexisting relationships and new opportunities as a managingdirector. While at C&W he was in charge of Olympia & York's19-million Downtown portfolio. He has also been the lead broker ona number of significant transactions, with a client roster thatincludes Merrill Lynch & Co., Goldman Sachs Group, Bank ofAmerica, AIG and AOL Time Warner. He has been the lead broker on atotal of 10 million sf of tenant rep assignments and 25 million sfof agency assignments.

Moxley, now an executive vice president, was previously a seniordirector at C&W. Prior to his stint there, he worked at JonesLang Wootton USA, compiling 25 years of industry experience.
