"Staubach expanded and related into the SunTrust Center back in December with the full intention of recruiting the right professionals to meet the needs and demands of our growing Central Florida client base," Staubach Co. area managing principal Mark Stratman tells GlobeSt.com. "Both Eric Jackson and Danielle Murphy will assist Staubach from a business development standpoint, as well as increase our bottom line."

In his new role, Jackson will be responsible for commercial real estate brokerage activities related to tenant representation, including areas of client customer service, soliciting new business activity, account and deal management, financial analysis and closing deals.

A 10-year veteran of the real estate industry, Jackson was formerly director of business development for the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission where he was responsible for recruiting, retaining and growing business in Orlando. He has also served as executive loan/work force development specialist for Workforce Central Florida/EDC and business development manager for the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce.

In her role, Murphy will be responsible for commercial real estate brokerage activities related to tenant representation, including areas of customer service, soliciting new business activity, account/deal management, financial analysis can closing deals. Prior to joining the company, Murphy served as administrative manager for Tom Cook Commercial, where she assisted in brokerage related activities, administrative, marketing, research and sales. She has also served as project administrator for CB Richard Ellis Inc., legal assistant for Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. and legal assistant for Almengual & Associates.
