"Specifically, Maher will focus on strengthening therelationships with, and enhancing the services we provide to,existing clients as well as developing new client opportunities inCBRE's outsourcing business," according to a company spokesman.CBRE's outsourcing business ranges from property and facilitiesmanagement to project management.

"John is recognized in the real estate industry as an innovativeleader who has helped a wide range of corporate clients structureand implement highly successful long term partnerships with realestate providers," says William Concannon, vice chairman of GlobalCorporate Services.

Most recently, Maher was an executive vice president at ColliersInternational. He worked there for almost three years, and led thefirm's corporate solutions division. Prior to that, Maher workedalmost 10 years at the Trammell Crow Co. At TCC he was responsiblefor executing the business development plan.
