SUNRISE, FL-Ceramic Protection Corp. has signed a lease for the entire 128,144-sf warehouse space at Sawgrass Technology Park at 1655 NW 136th Ave. With manufacturing facilities in the US and Canada, Ceramic designs, develops and manufactures ceramic and composite components for ballistic armor and industrial wear protection systems.

Built in 1985, the 62.95-acre Sawgrass Technology Park consists of 12 buildings with 446,604 sf of office, 71,621 sf of flex and 128,144 sf of warehouse. It is owned by Stiles Capital Partners, a joint venture between Stiles Corp. and Cargill. Stiles agents Madelayne Garcia and Liz Glaria represented the complex owner, and Bob Argenti, of Florida Trust Realty, spoke for the tenant.

Among the other tenants in the park are Air France North American reservation headquarters, Sheridan Health Corp., First American Real Estate, the City of Sunrise and the Broward County School Board.
