Dirk Hrobsky, Chris Helgesen and Michael Liss of CB Richard Ellis represented Oce in the consolidation transaction. The firm is currently housed at 855 Avenue of the Americas on several floors.

"Oce needed to consolidate its operations, having been spread across several floors at 855 Avenue of the Americas," says Hrobsky. "Moving west to 460 West 34th St. was the ideal solution for Oce, enabling the company to remain in Midtown South."

The 528,520-sf building, that will be Oce's new home, also houses Savings Bank Life Insurance Co., Atlas Stamp Co., Honeybee Robotics Inc. and LCM Studios. British Telecom and 34th St. Winery are retail tenants in the facility.

The 20-floor building was built in 1927. It is owned by 460 W. 34th St. Associates and managed by the Kaufman Realty Corp.
