The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties,Washington, DC, has inaugurated an online resource center tosupport developers engaged in "green," or sustainable development.The address is www.naiop.org/greenresource.

"NAIOP and its member companies are interested in theopportunities that green development can bring to the commercialreal estate industry," says Thomas J. Bisacquino, the group'spresident. "Toward that effort, we felt it was important to createthis online center as a resource for our members and the industryat-large. Green-related resources are invaluable as our memberslearn more about how 'green' can be implemented into their ownbusiness practices."

The site brings together a collection of resources, ranging frompublications to current legislative issues and upcoming educationopportunities. Also available are green-related columns andfeatures from NAIOP's quarterly magazine, links to publications inthe NAIOP bookstore and information on sustainable-associatedresearch conducted by the NAIOP Research Foundation.
