Mike Foxworthy, an executive vice president at Daum, reports that Steadfast plans 26 freestanding office buildings for sale on fee title property. The project will consist of four 8,121-sf two-storybuildings along with 22 one-story buildings ranging from 1,659 sf to 4,779 sf.
With a limited supply of land causing average rents to continue rising, the Steadfast development "will provide much needed small to mid-sized office buildings and ease the shortage in the area," Foxworthy says. The complex will dedicate approximately 38,000 sf to medical use and 47,000 sf to general office use and is scheduled for completion in February.
Steadfast acquired the property from Woodranch Office Park LLC, with Foxworthy representing both the buyer and the seller. The development site is Sinaloa Golf Course and close to the Ronald Reagan Library.
