POMPANO BEACH, FL-Moving and storage business Vantage Blue Inc. has subleased 51,394 sf of industrial space within Park Central Industrial LLP at 1310 Park Central Blvd. Vantage Blue offers a range of services such as residential moving and storage, corporate relocations, international relocations and office and industrial moves. The company has offices in Lisle, IL; East Grand Forks, MN; Cannon Falls, MN; Duluth, MN; Marshall, MN and Fort Lauderdale, FL.

The landlord, Beltman Group Inc., was represented by Fort Lauderdale-based Brenner Real Estate Group senior vice-president brokerage Kathleen Alberts. The tenant was represented by Chris Gallagher, of CB Richard Ellis. "Vantage Blue bought another company and wanted to take it out of its current location," Alberts tells GlobeSt.com. "This represents a new location for the company."

Alberts adds that Vantage Blue has a lease with the building's landlord to remain in the location after the two-year sublease period ends. "The price and location of the space worked well for them," she says.

According to a CB Richard Ellis Q1 industrial market report for Broward County, the Pompano Beach industrial market was experiencing a 4.7% vacancy rate at the end of the quarter with 27,688 sf of positive absorption during the quarter and average asking rental rates of $7.82 per sf.
