SECAUCUS, NJ-Weiss Realty is handling the assignment for owner Edison Properties. The one-story building is directly across the Turnpike from the Secaucus Transfer Station.

SECAUCUS, NJ-The 154,825-sf warehouse/distribution building at 675 New County Rd. here is on the market for lease, and Weiss Realty, a Moonachie-based firm, has picked up the exclusive to find a tenant for the one-story asset. The building is owned by the Newark-based Edison Properties, which acquired it approximately two years ago.

“The facility is located along the New Jersey Turnpike distribution corridor, one of the country’s most dynamic distribution markets,” says Jaime Weiss, president of Weiss Realty. “It has excellent highway access to the New York metro area and Port Newark.”
