For Edwards, Angell, the signing marks an expansion andrelocation of its New Jersey headquarters within RexCorp'sportfolio. The firm is currently in residence at 51 JFK Parkway innearby Short Hills, a property that also houses the New Jerseydivision of the Melville, NY-based RexCorp.
The signing at One Giralda Farms also marks one of the initialmajor deals following the repositioning of the class A building.The makeover included a redesigned lobby, new landscaping andrevamped parking, and a variety of new amenities, according to ToddRechler, SVP and managing director of RexCorp's New Jerseydivision.
One Giralda Farms is part of a campus that also currentlyincludes Three and Seven Giralda Farms, all class A buildings. Alsopart of the package is a two-building development site at FourGiralda Farms.
