Grosvenor bought the seven-story, 259,473-sf property at 100 Enterprise Dr. on behalf of a public pension fund. Onyx Equities was the seller.
Major tenants currently occupying space include Warner Chilcott, Reed Elsevier and Hartford Fire Insurance Co.
