"Paul's experience, presence, strategic acumen and leadership skills will be instrumental to our success," says Gates, who has headed up the Southwest Corporate Services group for the past six years. "Paul's expertise will take our business to new levels."
The locally based firm's specialty division provides office and industrial tenant representation services. Whitman, who had been leading the office brokerage group, has completed more than 10 million sf of lease transactions during his career, earning numerous accolades inside and outside the company.
In a press release about the promotions, Gates says Selner's "creativity and drive will be instrumental in the achievements of this group over the coming years." Selner is joining a day-to-day management team that includes Sharon Morrison, Tommy Parrett, Karra Guess, Todd Burnette and Kelley Kackley.
