ANAHEIM, CA-Shamrock Supply Co. has acquired a 45,325-sfindustrial building to centralize its distribution operations inone of two recently closed Anaheim deals totaling $12 million,according to Voit Commercial Brokerage. Shamrock paid $6.8 millionfor the new distribution facility, which is at 3366 E. La PalmaAve.

Seth Davenport of the Anaheim Metro office of Voit CommercialBrokerage explains that Shamrock needed a centrally locatedfacility for distributing its products throughout SouthernCalifornia. The company distributes a broad range of general lineindustrial products to companies in the utilities, aerospace,manufacturing, financial services and leisure industries, and alsoto municipalities, schools and airports.
