The landlord of the building is Perrine Marlin Corp., which isowned by David and Morris Berger. The landlord was represented byCushman & Wakefield south Florida industrial team of BrianSmith, Wayne Ramoski and Audley Bosch. Gamma Industries wasrepresented by Ed Easton, which recently acquired the company, andChristina Mendilla.
