Rudzinski will be based in Fort Lauderdale and Miller will be based in Boca Raton. Both men will oversee all of the company's lines of businesses, and be responsible for sales strategy, revenue and profit and platform integration.

"The addition of Rick and Andrew completes our integration of the Trammell Crow Co. acquisition in South Florida," says CBRE South Florida operations senior managing director Theodore Carter. "The breadth of our platform and potential for new opportunities, as a result of the acquisition, required the presence of full-time market leaders."

Prior to his current role, Rudzinski served as director of research and marketing for the company's Greater Philadelphia operations where he was instrumental in growing new business development initiatives, supporting over 85 brokers and generating in excess of $3 billion in total transaction value in 2006. Prior to joining CBRE, he was the marketing director for Insignia/ESG.

Miller has been with CBRE since 2002. He has seven years of commercial real estate brokerage experience and 14 years of corporate real estate management experience in the South Florida market. Prior to his current role, he served as vice president of CBRE's brokerage services, and has completed over 750 real estate transactions in his 21-year career.
