He will oversee owner-related services and focus on areas, including property management, construction management, agency leasing, investment sales and capital markets. Dimond has 20 years experience in commercial real estate. In his most recent position, he served as director of real estate development and management for the State of Florida, helping to formulate ownership strategy and management of eight million sf of state-owned property and 10 million sf of privately-owned property.
Previously, Dimond has served as the director/senior vice president of institutional advisory services for the Merlot Group; director of the office of property management for the District of Columbia; general manager for Carramerica Realty Corp. in Washington, DC; and vice president and director of operations for Draper & Kramer in Hanover, MD.
