Further terms of the signing were not released; the space had been listed with an asking price of $21 to $22.50 per sf plus tenant electric.

Three Paragon Way is one of four buildings comprising Mack-Cali's Monmouth Executive Center in this Monmouth County seat. Total space in the complex is approximately 236,000 sf.
