WHIPPANY, NJ-Final Round Boxing will set up shop with its latest site at Kushner Properties' 20,190-sf industrial building at 156 Algonquin Parkway.

"This site is perfect for an organization such as Final Round, because of its easy access and spacious facilities," says Swill, whose Florham Park-based company manages some 6.5 million sf of commercial space in New Jersey and New York. Kushner Properties is the commercial arm of the Kushner Cos., also Florham Park.

The building at 156 Algonquin Parkway is a multi-tenant asset totaling 20,190 sf, situated on 1.5 acres zoned industrial. Tenant Final Round is a Bend, OR-based organization with gyms across the country.
