PHOENIX-A former printing company plant on a two-acre CBD tractis under review for conversion and redevelopment into a mixed-useproject. The local owner is planning to create 500,000 sf ofoffice, retail and residential space.

The tract at Jackson and Madison streets was the formerheadquarters for Imperial Lithographics, owned by the Wisotskyfamily, which subsequently leased the Downtown buildings to CenveoInc., another commercial graphics company. Cenveo vacated the sitein early 2006 as part of a consolidation move.
