CARSON, CA-AMB Property Corp. has acquired a four-building,129,499-sf manufacturing facility for $11.5 million in asale-leaseback, according to Colliers International. AMB bought thefacility at 18620 S. Broadway from AMSI Inc., an aerospacecomponent manufacturer, in a transaction brokered by Colliers.
Charles K. Littell and David Drummond of Colliers representedboth the seller and the buyer in arranging the 10-yearsale-leaseback. The four-building complex is situated on a 6.4-acreland parcel that is close to Los Angeles International Airport andLong Beach World Port as well as the 110, 405 and 91 freeways.
