The company, which manufactures heating, cooling and refrigeration products for the residential, commercial, industrial and indoor-air quality markets, has six locations in Florida. Its state headquarters is located in Orlando, with branch locations in Tampa, Fort Myers, Jacksonville, West Palm Beach and Miramar. The company operates in more than 100 countries with 33 US distribution centers and 25 plants in 11 countries.
"We moved our South Florida branch to the Miramar Park of Commerce because of its convenient location and to better serve our growing customer base in southeast Florida," says Lennox Industries area sales manager, Southern Florida John Ott. "Ease of access was found to be an important factor to our customers and when we started looking for a location with all of the right attributes, we found the park met them all."
Dan Cook, of Cook Commercial Realty, brokered the lease transaction. Maridee Bell, vice president of Sunbeam Properties which is the park's developer, represented the park.
