The team, which formerly worked for Cushman & Wakefield, will focus on enhancing the company's tenant advisory and representation services. Cushman & Wakefield did not comment on the move.
Millowitz will be based in the firm's Boca Raton and Miami offices, Benson will be based in the Miami office and Rosalsky will operate in both locations.
"This was an opportunity for Grubb & Ellis to enhance its tenant rep services," says Grubb & Ellis South Florida office managing director and executive vice president Jonathan Kingsley tells GlobeSt.com. "It was a case of the timing being right for both parties. It was good for Millowitz's team and good for us."
Millowitz has 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, 14 of which have been with Cushman & Wakefield.
