"We are committed to maintaining the headquarters-quality standing of this building," says Norman A. Feinstein, executive managing director of the Morristown-based Hampshire. "This renovation allows us to better meet market demands as well as our investors' needs."

The renovation project involved the building's common areas and lobby. Hampshire bought 15 Vreeland Rd. in early 2006 on behalf of its Hampshire Partners Fund VI, picking it up from the Boston-based Glenborough Properties. Situated on 15 acres, the two-story asset was built in 1985 and at one time housed a division of AT&T. The space is currently listed with an asking price of $24.50 per sf.
