The renovation project involved the building's common areas andlobby. Hampshire bought 15 Vreeland Rd. in early 2006 on behalf ofits Hampshire Partners Fund VI, picking it up from the Boston-basedGlenborough Properties. Situated on 15 acres, the two-story assetwas built in 1985 and at one time housed a division of AT&T.The space is currently listed with an asking price of $24.50 persf.
