ATLANTA-Locally based multifamily real estate development firm Pollack Partners has hired Jennifer Ross as chief financial officer.
Before joining the company, Ross was senior director of finance for WestWind Capital Partners LP, a real estate advisory group, where she was responsible for accounting and tax matters related to the firm's investment properties. WestWind Capital did not comment on the move.
"Jennifer brings a wealth of experience in the real estate investment arena," Pollack Partners managing director Steven Shores. "She has a strong history as a financial manager and she's very skilled in the accounting and operations of real estate investment funds."
At WestWind Capital, Ross structured and coordinated closings for almost $3 billion in office property acquisitions and was involved in more than $1 billion in dispositions. She was previously senior accounting manager for Georgia-Pacific Corp.
Ross is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate.
