Eisenhower Corporate Campus, located at 290 W. Mt. Pleasant Ave., started out as multi-tenant spec construction in 1983, and its first full-building tenant was Bellcore, now known as Telcordia Technologies. Current lessee Prudential moved into the newly renovated complex a decade ago.
The property is being marketed for either full-building occupancy or, because of its four-wing design, is divisible to 90,000 sf.
