David Levy of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant andthe landlord in the transaction. Although details of the lease wereundisclosed, the asking price for the space was $39 per sf.
Built in 1925, the 22-story property boasts 24-hour security andFedEx and USPS drop-off points. Recent renovations include newelevators and new windows. Notable tenants include Nordstrom,American Utex and Redcats USA. The retail tenant roster includesAndrew's Coffee Shop, Federal Express and Kara New York.
