BOCA RATON, FL-Deerfield Beach-based Commercial Florida Realty Advisors Inc. has acquired 80,061 sf within the Sanctuary Centre office property at 4800 North Federal Highway with $14.35 million in acquisition financing.

The financing was provided by Chicago-based Wrightwood Capital, which secured a 24-month loan. The financing was sourced through Adam Greenberg, of Bay Bridge Capital Advisors.

Built between 1986 and 1987, Sanctuary Centre is a five-building, 54-suite complex with more than 180,000 sf. The suites are individually owned, with floor plates range from 11,000 sf to 16,000 sf. Located in eastern Boca Raton at the intersection of US 1 and Yamato Road, the property is within one mile of the Atlantic Ocean and Interstate 95 and nears centers of commerce in both Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale. "George Sacks is a seasoned long-term investor in Boca Raton and South Florida," Wrightwood Capital Tampa office senior director, investments Tim Koletic tells GlobeSt.com. "He is very familiar with the market and with this property in particular."

Commercial Florida, which is led by George Sacks, acquired 19 suites with plans to market, release and manage the suites, building out individual spaces as tenants are added. A portion of acquired space is vacant. "This provided the buyer with an opportunity to come to market quickly without incurring construction costs," Koletic says.
