TEMECULA, CA-Professional Hospital Supply, one of the largestemployers in this part of the Inland Empire, plans a new 600,000-sfcorporate headquarters and distribution facility to be developed bythe Temecula-based Garret Group. The planned development, whichwill consolidate operations from four existing PHS operattions,will be the largest such facility ever built within the City ofTemecula, according to the two firms.
Principals of Professional Hospital Supply and the Garrett Grouphave acquired 32 acres that is now part of a Garrett Group projecttotaling 84 acres. The site is adjacent to the Temecula EducationCenter on Winchester Road and Remington.
