EWING, NJ-Tool and home improvement retailer Harbor Freight Tools has leased 15,600 sf at Capitol Plaza, a 360,000-sf shopping center here. The deal was negotiated for the ownership, a local group, by Dale Mulartrick of Levin Management, the property's exclusive leasing and managing agent. The tenant was represented by John Comp of NAI Fennelly. Terms were not released.
Harbor Freight Tools joins American Furniture, Forman Mills, K&G Fashion Superstore, Fashion Bug and AJ Wright at the property. The latest signing leaves just a 25,056-sf anchor slot still available.
The shopping component co-occupies the site at Route 206, Olden Ave. and Spruce St. with the 70,000-sf, fully leased Spruce Office Center. Located just across Spruce St. from the shopping center are an existing Home Depot and a soon-to-open Wal-Mart.
