BUFORD, GA-Sporting apparel and equipment manufacturer MizunoUSA signed a 301,320-sf lease at Hamilton Mill Business CenterBuilding I. The company, which has its US headquarters in Norcross,will use the space for storage, assembly and distribution of itsproducts. The 10-year lease takes effect Feb. 1.
"Mizuno has an existing facility in Norcross and was looking foranother property in close proximity to it," IDI VP of leasing LisaWard tells GlobeSt.com. "The design of this building suits theirneeds."
